After a great visit to the heartland, we’re at the airport waiting to go back home to Santa Cruz. The cat has been transferred to his new family, and we found a babysitter for the PT Cruiser. Thanks everyone for helping out with these things.

Next week, Heather goes back to work and Mike will be busy packing up the house and taking care of all the last minute move-out tasks. We also still have to pack, get a few more shots, drink 15 more beers (so we can get a free t-shirt from the pub), and hope the Brazilians send our passports back in time for us to leave. All this work has to be done before we leave town on January 9th.
